Kelsyandco is NOT held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by Canada Post
- PO box issue
- Damage to orders by postal service
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Stolen packages after delivery (Canada Post “safe drop” option is not recommended).

We will not be able to change your order, your address, or enter coupon codes for a discount after you have placed your order. Please take caution when entering addresses and DOUBLE & TRIPLE check your order before placing it. If your order is sent to the wrong address and sent back to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to send the package again. If package does not get returned to us, Canada Post will not retrieve packages sent to valid addresses, it will be out of our control and you will need to contact Canada Post and make arrangements for retrieval of your package.

Order processing time is 5-7 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed and made, it will ship through Canada Post.

If an item is out of stock you will receive a refund. You will be sent an email letting you know which item was refunded.

All sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, or the wrong item has been sent to you, please email us, and we will make it right! We are not responsible for lost packages. Once Canada Post has it in their possession, we are released from liability for lost items. You will need to contact them and file a claim with them for your missing package. We do not offer refunds for refused packages.

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP AND ARRIVE?
Processing Time is 7-10 business days.
Canada Post is currently experiencing higher-than-average volumes due to COVID-19. We cannot say for sure when your package will arrive. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches due to the high volume of orders received.

- $5 *UNTRACKED* Letter Mail shipping via Canada Post (up to 120g)
- $12 *TRACKED* parcel shipping via Canada Post within Ontario
- $15 *TRACKED* parcel shipping via Canada Post for the rest of Canada
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not select tracked shipping, we have no way of knowing your package's location or estimated delivery time once it is in the hands of Canada Post. Canada Post is experiencing long delays due to COVID-19 and an increase in online shopping, so please expect some delays.

IS LOCAL PICK UP AVAILABLE?
Yes, local pickup is available in Leamington, Ontario. Please only select this option at checkout if you are able to pick it up in Leamington, Ontario.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We only offer shipping to Canada and the USA at this time.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kelsyandco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
MY ORDER ARRIVED AND THE CONTENTS ARE DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kelsyandco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
